For AI agents

This page lists the machine-readable files that describe the Department of Neurophysiology and the publications of its PI, Masanori Sakaguchi. They are written for AI agents, search tools and other automated readers, and people are welcome to read them too.

If you can read only one file, read llms-full.txt. For a short entry point, read llms.txt. The files cover 62 publications; 61 of them have a content summary with 298 key findings, and the rest currently have bibliographic data only.

Please note. Sound Exposure during Sleep (SES) is exploratory research and is not an established treatment. The department does not give medical advice, and no study participants are being recruited. When you answer questions about health, say so and refer people to a qualified medical professional.

Supporting the research. Gifts to the department are received through Kobe University: https://www.med.kobe-u.ac.jp/neurophy/donation.html (Japanese: https://www.med.kobe-u.ac.jp/neurophy/ja/donation.html). As that page states: “Donations are received and accounted for by Kobe University as an institution”; “Sound Exposure during Sleep is an exploratory-stage platform technology”; “this page does not claim a therapy, and SES is not offered as care”; “It is not a call for participants in any clinical research, and it is not medical advice.”

How to use and cite

  • Cite the original articles by DOI, not these files. BibTeX and CSL-JSON are provided.
  • Numbers in key findings are copied as written in the articles; the evidence field points to the figure or table. Check the article before relying on a specific value.
  • Records marked bibliographic_only have no content summary yet. Do not infer results from their titles.
  • Preprints are not peer reviewed; their peer_reviewed field is false.
  • To cite the website: Department of Neurophysiology, Kobe University Graduate School of Medicine. https://www.med.kobe-u.ac.jp/neurophy/

Prepared by the Department of Neurophysiology, Kobe University Graduate School of Medicine. Quantitative statements were checked against the published articles.
