About the Laboratory
In recent years, it has rapidly become clear that immune cells crosstalk with the metabolic, nervous, and developmental systems and participate in a wide variety of biological phenomena, and the research fields related to immunology have expanded accordingly. In our laboratory, we analyze the behavior of immune cells in the body from multiple perspectives, from the viewpoint of "homeostasis," aiming to understand the normal functioning of the body and tissues and to elucidate the pathologies caused by its disruption.
