Medical MaaS is a novel social implementation model for regenerative medicine that seamlessly connects research, manufacturing, clinical applications, logistics, and data.

By redesigning the complex processes essential for cell therapy and tissue regenerative medicine into a unified platform, we aim to shorten lead times and improve efficiency from development to patient delivery. We will adapt the ecosystem cultivated in Kobe's medical device sector to build an implementation infrastructure optimized for regenerative medicine.

A Virtual CDMO is an innovative development model that does not rely on physical, in-house manufacturing assets. Instead, it offers integrated management of manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with optimal domestic and global partners.

This enables regenerative medicine startups to minimize initial capital expenditure while achieving high-quality manufacturing operations and global-standard quality control.
It enables strategic manufacturing design with commercialization in mind from the research phase, accelerating expansion into global markets.

Leveraging the know-how and systems established in the medical device sector, this project will construct a new support framework specialized for regenerative medicine. By appointing dedicated personnel for infrastructure onboarding and startup incubation environments, we will establish a team structure where researchers selected through international open calls can maximize their potential.

Centered around the core team leading project management and R&D, participants will include experts with global corporate partnership experience, practitioners in entrepreneurship education, investment professionals, and specialists with overseas business operations backgrounds.
As a specialized startup creation team for the regenerative medicine domain, we will provide end-to-end support—from technological advancement to fundraising and business strategy formulation.
